This week, David gives an update on the outlook for redistricting. It looked like Democrats were headed for a modest gain in seats from redistricting alone in February. Today, due to developments in Ohio and Florida that benefit Republicans, it seems like redistricting will be a wash. David also discusses the overall decline in competitive districts going into the 2022 midterms.
