RACE ANALYSIS
The Bottom Line
Updated: Dec 8, 2017
Banks earned a promotion from the state senate in 2016 with outside help from the Club for Growth. It also didn't hurt that he had received favorable local press coverage when his wife filled in for him in the state legislature during his deployment to Afghanistan. He can hold this seat as long as he wants.
