to the One Hundred Thirteenth and to the two succeeding Congresses (January 3,

Solid Democratic. A business-friendly New Democrat, Peters appears to have bonded with this upscale coastal district after scraping out a narrow win in 2014. Last year, he took 64 percent, eclipsing Hillary Clinton's 58 percent. Don't look for a race here in 2020.
