RACE ANALYSIS

The Bottom Line

Updated: Sep 20, 2019

IL-02: Robin Kelly (D) - Chicago: South Side, Kankakee

Solid Democratic. Since winning a 2013 special election, Kelly has become one of Democrats' leading voices in favor of new gun laws. She'll have no issues winning another term in 2020 and is a potential future Senate candidate.
