TAYLOR, Nicholas, a Representative from Texas; born in Dallas, Dallas County, Tex., August 1, 1972; graduated from St. Paul's School, Concord, N.H., 1991; A.B., Harvard University, Cambridge, Mass., 1995; M.B.A., Harvard University, Cambridge, Mass., 2001; United States Marine Corps; real estate executive; member of the Texas state house of representatives, 2010-2014; member of the Texas state senate, 2015-2019; unsuccessful candidate for nomination to the One Hundred Tenth Congress in 2006; elected as a Republican to the One Hundred Sixteenth Congress (January 3, 2019-present).
