FULCHER, Russell, a Representative from Idaho; born in Boise, Ada County, Idaho, on March 9, 1962; graduated from Meridian High School, Meridian, Idaho, 1980; B.S., Boise State University, Boise, Idaho, 1984; M.B.A., Boise State University, Boise, Idaho, 1988; businessman; realtor; member of the Idaho state senate, 2005-2014; unsuccessful candidate for nomination as Governor of Idaho in 2014; Delegate, Republican National Convention, 2016; unsuccessful candidate for nomination as Governor of Idaho in 2018; elected as a Republican to the One Hundred Sixteenth Congress (January 3, 2019-present).
