Greenwich, Conn., housing authority, 2003-2006; chairman, 2003-2006; member of
the Greenwich, Conn., board of estimate and taxation, 2006-2007; elected as a
Democrat to the One Hundred Eleventh and to the four succeeding Congresses
(January 3, 2009-present).
