Full Bio:
Hogan was born and raised in Landover, Maryland. He earned a bachelor’s degree in government and political science from Florida State University. At a young age, Hogan worked on his father’s congressional campaign. Later his father became County Executive of Prince George’s County, and at the age of 22, Hogan started working for his father’s administration. Hogan then founded Hogan Companies, a commercial real estate brokerage firm, where he most recently served as president.
In 2003, Hogan once again entered the public sector, serving as secretary of appointments in Governor Bob Ehrlich’s administration until 2007. Additionally, he founded Change Maryland, a nonpartisan anti-tax organization in 2011.
Hogan and his wife Yumi have three daughters.
