LEVIN, Andy, (son of Sander Martin Levin, nephew of Carl Levin), a Representative from Michigan; born in Berkley, Oakland County, Mich., August 10, 1960; attended Berkley High School, Berkley, Mich., and graduated from Bethesda-Chevy Chase High School, Bethesda, Md., 1978; B.A., Williams College, Williamstown, Mass., 1983; M.A., University of Michigan, Ann Arbor, Mich., 1990; J.D., Harvard University, Cambridge, Mass., 1994; trade union organizer; trade union director; chief workforce officer, state of Michigan, 2007-2010; acting director, Michigan department of energy, labor, and economic growth, 2007-2011; business executive; elected as a Democrat to the One Hundred Sixteenth Congress (January 3, 2019-present).
