On November 18, to no one's surprise, Democratic Gov. Tony Evers vetoed the GOP legislature's proposed maps, punting the task of drawing new maps to the courts. But on Wednesday, Republicans won a victory when the Wisconsin Supreme Court (which has a 4-3 conservative majority)
