Arkansas hasn’t elected a Democrat to Congress since 2010, and isn’t about to snap that streak — especially after Republicans shored up GOP Rep. French Hill’s 2nd CD by controversially shifting several Black neighborhoods in Little Rock out of the seat in redistricting. Lawsuits by civil rights groups challenging the map remain stalled.
